When you sign up for a paid Zamzar account, you can convert an unlimited number of files per day, removing the free service limit of 2 files per 24 hours.
What if my file doesn't convert?
Should you have an issue converting your file, then our dedicated support team will liaise with our engineers to convert your file. For any other issues, you can email us anytime and our team will investigate for you.
Will I be locked into a contract?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You won't be charged for your next billing cycle, and you'll be able to keep using the account until the end of the period you've already paid for.
