Yes, you can sign up for just one month if you wish. Once signed up, you can either email our support team to cancel your account, so you are not charged beyond the first month, or do it yourself from your account section once you have logged in.
When you sign up for a paid Zamzar account, you can convert more files per day, removing the free service limit of 2 files per 24 hours.
Should you have an issue converting your file, then our dedicated support team will liaise with our engineers to convert your file. For any other issues, you can email us anytime and our team will investigate for you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You won't be charged for your next billing cycle, and you'll be able to keep using the account until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Each conversion on Zamzar utilises one conversion credit from your allotted amount.
